You will work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to optimize logistics operations, manage documentation, and resolve any shipment-related issues. Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Manage documentation, including Bills of Lading (BoL), commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth shipments.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms.
- Track shipments and resolve any delays or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics expenses.
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize inventory levels.
- Provide regular reports on supply chain performance and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain coordination, freight forwarding, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
