Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain projects, including New Product Development, Renovation Projects, Promotions, and SKU Rationalization.
- Coordinate and execute supply chain events, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring adherence to Nestle's standards and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing challenges to ensure project success.
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Nestle's policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, or event planning, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices, logistics, and inventory management.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
