Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate a team of drivers to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Plan and optimize daily delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Monitor live GPS fleet tracking to ensure adherence to schedules and routes.
- Control and manage operational costs, including fuel, maintenance, and labor expenses.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, incidents, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with local traffic regulations and company policies.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics, traffic control, or fleet management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in GPS tracking systems and logistics software.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations in Bali.
- Familiarity with cost-control strategies in logistics operations.
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
