Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments with accuracy using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring FIFO (First-In-First-Out) compliance.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to load/unload trucks and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies (e.g., damaged goods, shortages) and report issues to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or logistics (entry-level candidates with strong work ethic are encouraged to apply).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and perform repetitive motions (bending, stretching, standing for extended periods).
- Basic computer skills for data entry in WMS or ERP systems.
- Forklift certification is a plus (training may be provided for qualified candidates).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Willingness to work in shifts (including weekends/holidays) as per operational needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is advantageous.
