This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of IDR 8,000,000 – IDR 12,000,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional development and career advancement in the manufacturing and logistics sector.
Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems to ensure optimal plant performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults, implementing effective repair solutions.
- Conduct inspections of machinery, equipment, and systems to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance schedules with minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory using digital or manual systems.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory requirements during maintenance and repair work.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and operational staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing, industrial, or plant environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, motors, PLCs, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other testing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, or in varying environmental conditions.
- Familiarity with safety standards (OSHA, ISO) and preventive maintenance best practices.
