Responsibility
- Operate and monitor plant processes to ensure efficient and safe production.
- Prepare and handle chemicals according to established safety and operational guidelines.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance, and incidents.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in training new technicians and providing technical support as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering).
- Proven experience as a Field Technician or similar role in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong understanding of chemical handling and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks in a plant or field environment.
