Responsibility
- Prepare and organize raw materials and components for production according to work orders and specifications.
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company and industry standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in the production area to adhere to workplace health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the packaging, labeling, and storage of finished goods for shipment or inventory.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment (1-2 years preferred).
- Basic knowledge of production machinery, tools, and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move materials (up to 20-25 kg) for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Good communication skills and teamwork-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays, as required.
