Responsibility
- Operate and maintain production machinery in accordance with safety and operational guidelines.
- Monitor equipment performance and conduct routine quality checks to ensure product specifications are met.
- Perform setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment as needed.
- Follow standardized work instructions and adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.
- Document production data, including output quantities, downtime, and defects, for process improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of workstations and equipment to uphold workplace organization (5S standards).
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably as an Operator.
- Familiarity with operating industrial machinery, assembly lines, or production tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Basic understanding of quality control principles and safety regulations.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Ability to work in shift-based schedules (including nights/weekends) as required.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing is a plus.
