Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure seamless assembly of server components.
- Perform regular quality control checks to meet strict technical specifications.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain a safe and efficient production environment.
- Maintain accurate production logs and documentation for daily reporting.
- Collaborate with floor supervisors to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure the production area is kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Package finished products for shipment, ensuring all security and safety protocols are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE N/O Levels, Nitec, or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly line environment is an advantage but not required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong manual dexterity and the ability to handle delicate electronic components.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
- Good team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Basic proficiency in reading and writing English for documentation purposes.
- Must be able to commit to the required shift schedule.
