Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet stringent company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure workplace safety and efficiency.
- Record daily production output and document any machine malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Perform routine troubleshooting and basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations strictly.
- Assist in inventory management and material handling tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum Nitec/O-Level certification or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform shift work as required by production schedules.
- Strong physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks.
- Good verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and technical aptitude for machinery operations.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality control standards.
- Willingness to travel to the West Region for work.
