Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
- Perform routine quality checks on finished goods to maintain high industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 5S safety protocols.
- Accurately record production data and report any equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
- Assist in the assembly and packaging of products ready for distribution.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; full professional training will be provided.
- Minimum PSLE or Secondary school education.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
- Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
- Basic command of English to understand safety instructions and technical manuals.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must be comfortable working a fixed permanent shift.
