Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Inspect and verify the quality of products at various stages of the production process.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to prevent downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and quality control checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies, including health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in setting up and adjusting machinery for different production runs as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Production Operator or in a similar role within manufacturing, logistics, or a related industry.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production machinery safely.
