Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations.
- Monitor and optimize production workflows to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Troubleshoot production issues, implement corrective actions, and minimize downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., maintenance, logistics, quality assurance) to streamline processes.
- Prepare and analyze production reports, KPIs, and performance metrics for management review.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to foster a culture of accountability and skill growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field. Diploma holders with extensive experience may be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within manufacturing, preferably in high-tech or semiconductor industries.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proven ability to lead teams in a rotating shift environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and production management software.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, 5S, or TPM is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and make data-driven decisions.
