As a QA Inspector, you will play a critical role in inspecting materials, components, and finished products to verify they meet strict quality and safety specifications. We offer a competitive monthly salary of $2,000 – $2,400, along with attractive benefits including AWS (Annual Wage Supplement), performance bonuses, direct medical coverage, and 8 days of annual leave (capped at 14 days). Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Document and report inspection results, including non-conformities, defects, or deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to address quality issues and implement process improvements.
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional testing using calibrated tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Monitor and maintain quality control records, including inspection logs, test reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, ISO standards, and company quality management systems (QMS).
- Participate in internal and external audits to verify compliance with quality protocols.
- Train and guide production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or transport industries.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, ISO 9001 standards, and inspection techniques.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools, testing equipment, and quality management software.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
- Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or QA/QC are a plus.
