As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, maintaining accurate production records, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
- Maintain accurate production records, including raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, including HACCP and GMP.
- Perform regular quality checks on products to meet company and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in the setup and changeover of production lines as needed.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in food safety is a plus.
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic understanding of food safety and quality standards (HACCP, GMP).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
