Responsibility
- Operate and monitor DSC/TE machinery and production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on manufacturing line equipment to minimize downtime.
- Inspect and test electronic products for quality assurance, adhering to industry and company standards.
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with OSHA and company guidelines.
- Document production metrics, including output, defects, and efficiency, using digital or manual systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and resolve operational challenges.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of machinery for new production runs or product variations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in electronics, mechanical engineering, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Production Operator, Machine Operator, or in a similar manufacturing role, preferably in electronics assembly.
- Familiarity with DSC/TE machinery or surface-mount technology (SMT) is highly advantageous.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical manuals, schematics, or blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination for precision assembly tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including shift work or overtime as required.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking systems.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
