Responsibility
- Assemble mechanical and electronic components according to technical specifications and blueprints.
- Operate and monitor robotic assembly systems to ensure precision and efficiency.
- Conduct functional testing and calibration of assembled equipment using specialized tools.
- Perform quality control inspections to identify defects and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, test results, and production metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and implement corrective actions.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training is a plus.
- Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems (training provided).
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precision assembly tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
