Responsibility
- Operate and monitor cleanroom manufacturing equipment in compliance with strict hygiene and safety protocols.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on materials and finished products.
- Maintain a sterile and organized workspace in accordance with cleanroom standards (e.g., ISO Class 7/8).
- Document production data, including batch records, deviations, and process adjustments.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime.
- Adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other regulatory requirements.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies and processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing is a plus.
- Prior experience in cleanroom, pharmaceutical, or precision manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and equipment operation.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules (if applicable).
- Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and compliance in a controlled environment.
