Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to minimize downtime.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues to maintain continuous production.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production output and reduce waste.
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
- Document production data, including output, quality checks, and equipment performance.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as manuals and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
- Prior experience in the palm oil or wood processing industry is a plus.
