Responsibility
- Operate and monitor advanced manufacturing machinery and equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections on finished products to ensure they meet strict performance specifications.
- Perform assembly tasks efficiently to meet daily production targets and shift quotas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in adherence to workplace health and safety protocols (WSH).
- Document production output and report any equipment malfunctions or process inconsistencies to the engineering team.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing activities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Execute shift-based workflows effectively, ensuring a seamless hand-over between team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, NITEC, or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or semiconductor environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect visual defects or machine irregularities.
- Physical capability to handle standing duties and repetitive tasks in a cleanroom or production environment.
- Ability to commit to rotating shift work (Day/Night) as required by production schedules.
- Basic proficiency in English (written and spoken) to read technical documents and safety manuals.
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new technical skills.
