Responsibility
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine quality inspections on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assemble, pack, and label finished goods accurately according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment adhering to 5S and workplace safety guidelines.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues during the production process and report major faults to the supervisor.
- Assist in inventory count and stock movement within the production floor.
- Document daily production logs, output sheets, and quality control reports accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level, NITEC, or equivalent qualification in any field.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or cleanroom environment is highly advantageous, though entry-level candidates are welcome as comprehensive training is provided.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with assembly and packing.
- Good manual dexterity and a keen eye for detail to perform precise assembly and quality checks.
- Basic communication skills in English to read SOPs and document production logs.
- Strong team player with a positive work attitude and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Willingness to work in Woodlands and commit to a stable 5-day work week.
