Responsibility
- Perform chemical analysis on plating solutions to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the plating process to maintain optimal performance.
- Monitor and document process parameters to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance and calibration to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Prepare and present reports on laboratory findings and process performance to management.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of chemical analysis techniques and laboratory equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot process issues effectively.
- Proficient in using laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and other relevant software.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical information.
