Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the entire sublimation printing production process from setup to completion.
- Monitor and operate production machinery, ensuring optimal performance and output.
- Perform regular quality control checks on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Ensure all products meet established quality standards and specifications.
- Prepare materials and equipment efficiently for daily production runs.
- Execute precise packaging of finished goods, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company policies.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor production issues, escalating complex problems to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Production Operator, preferably within the printing, textile, or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with sublimation printing technology and related machinery.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to product quality.
