Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain production lines to ensure optimal efficiency and output quality.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on bottled products to meet industry and company standards.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to facilitate smooth material flow and timely product distribution.
- Operate and perform basic maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
- Document production metrics, including output volumes, downtime, and defect rates, for reporting and analysis.
- Adhere to strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols in all operational activities.
- Assist in inventory management, including raw materials and finished goods tracking.
- Collaborate with supervisors to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse operations (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of production workflows, quality control, and inventory management.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
