Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate inventory management, including stock counts, audits, and reporting discrepancies.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer demands.
- Implement and maintain warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to optimize logistics processes.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and arrange maintenance or repairs as needed.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse coordination, supervision, or logistics management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a 5.5-day workweek.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
