Responsibility
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and collaborative input from sales and marketing teams.
- Optimize inventory levels to balance supply and demand, reducing excess stock while preventing shortages.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely material availability and smooth workflow.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fill rates, lead times, and inventory turnover to drive data-backed decisions.
- Implement supply chain best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts, resolve bottlenecks, and foster long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on supply chain performance, risks, and improvement opportunities to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting supply chain operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with internal and external partners.
- Experience with supply chain software (e.g., JDA, Kinetic, or similar tools) is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
