Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to align with customer orders and inventory levels.
- Monitor and manage raw material and packaging inventory to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Analyze production capacity and adjust plans to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and production teams to resolve material or scheduling discrepancies.
- Generate reports on production performance, material usage, and lead times for management review.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies in all planning activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, material management, or supply chain within the food manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and demand forecasting.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
