Responsibility
- Lead and supervise all daily production operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and maximize output.
- Oversee workforce management, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for production staff.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to streamline material flow and inventory control.
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local/industry regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Monitor KPIs and production metrics, providing data-driven reports to senior management.
- Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to elevate productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in production management within manufacturing, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Proven track record of leading teams of 50+ employees and managing large-scale production budgets.
- Strong knowledge of production planning (MRP/ERP), quality control (ISO, QMS), and workplace safety standards (OSHA).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and work on a contract basis with potential for extension.
