Responsibility
- Lead and manage all production operations, ensuring on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement production strategies, workflows, and KPIs to optimize performance and scalability.
- Oversee inventory management, material procurement, and supply chain coordination to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Enforce strict quality control measures and compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Monitor production metrics, analyze performance data, and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing principles across the production floor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, logistics, and sales) to align production with demand forecasts and business goals.
- Train, mentor, and supervise production staff, ensuring a skilled, motivated, and high-performing team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in production management within the manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sector.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing product quality.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TQM methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, production planning software, and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, HSE regulations, and other industry-specific compliance requirements.
