Responsibility

- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the production cycle.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align production plans with market demands.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or logistics within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and inventory management techniques.
