Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure on-time delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement production schedules, workflows, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor and optimize production KPIs, including output, waste reduction, and labor productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and train production teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and quality control teams to streamline processes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all production activities.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to enhance operational performance.
- Prepare and present production reports to senior management with actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing operational costs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in production planning software (e.g., ERP, MES) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TQM principles is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
