Responsibility
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily production activities to meet targets.
- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, quality assurance, procurement) to streamline operations.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output, downtime, and resource utilization.
- Participate in problem-solving initiatives to address production bottlenecks or delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in the workplace.
- Assist in inventory management and material flow optimization.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and process standardization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 0-2 years of experience in production, logistics, or a similar environment (internships count!).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, MS Excel, or production planning tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
- Basic knowledge of Six Sigma, Kaizen, or 5S methodologies is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a bonus.
