Responsibility
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance and output quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on assigned machines to minimize downtime.
- Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and improve operational efficiency.
- Document production data, including machine settings, output quantities, and any issues encountered.
- Assist in the training of new operators and provide support as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
