Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of production operators to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Monitor workflow and allocate resources efficiently to ensure optimal productivity.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance team skills and performance.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and ensure timely delivery.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output, quality, and downtime.
- Foster a positive work culture by motivating team members and addressing concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems) are a plus.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in manufacturing.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field is advantageous.
