Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets are met efficiently and safely.
- Lead, mentor, and train production team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure product excellence.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline workflows and resolve production issues.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Track production metrics and generate reports to identify areas for optimization.
- Manage inventory and ensure timely availability of materials for uninterrupted production.
- Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate teams.
- Ability to analyze production data and make data-driven decisions.
