Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
- Conduct regular field inspections, monitoring, and quality control checks to maintain compliance with company and industry standards.
- Lead, mentor, and train production staff to enhance performance, productivity, and teamwork.
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in all production operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, procurement) to streamline workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare and submit detailed production reports, including output metrics, resource utilization, and incident logs.
- Manage inventory levels, material requirements, and equipment maintenance to support seamless production.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production leadership or supervisory role within the manufacturing, logistics, or related industry.
- Proven track record of managing teams, improving processes, and achieving production KPIs.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing best practices, quality control, and lean production principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production schedules.
- Proficiency in using MS Office, ERP systems, or production management software.
- Familiarity with safety protocols, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance in manufacturing.
