As a Production Leader, you will oversee daily operations in our injection and blow molding departments, leading a team of skilled technicians and operators to achieve production targets while maintaining strict quality control. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily production activities in the injection and blow molding departments to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to maximize efficiency, minimize downtime, and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to implement process improvements and resolve technical issues.
- Train, mentor, and motivate production staff to enhance their skills and performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and smooth production scheduling.
- Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste, improve workflow, and enhance overall productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production leadership, preferably in injection molding, blow molding, or related manufacturing environments.
- Proven track record of optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a diverse team of production staff.
- Technical expertise in injection and blow molding machinery, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
