Responsibility
- Lead and manage a production team to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet organizational goals and customer demands.
- Monitor and optimize production workflows to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, logistics, and quality assurance, to resolve production issues.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
