Responsibility
- Operate and monitor filling machines (filler, Carton Pack, aseptic/Can filling) to package products efficiently and accurately.
- Inspect packaged products for defects, proper sealing, and labeling compliance before distribution.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Collaborate with production team members to meet daily targets and maintain workflow continuity.
- Follow strict safety protocols and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) to uphold workplace safety and product quality.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report technical malfunctions to maintenance teams.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and material usage.
- Assist in setting up machines for different product specifications and packaging formats.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or machinery operation is a plus.
- Prior experience in production lines, packaging, or machine operation (preferably in FMCG, food/beverage, or pharmaceutical industries).
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and ability to read simple technical manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive-motion environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move products (up to 20 kg).
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules (including weekends/holidays as needed).
- Good teamwork and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus).
- Commitment to adhering to safety and hygiene standards in a manufacturing setting.
