Responsibility
- Assist in daily production operations, including assembly, packaging, and quality control.
- Operate and maintain basic manufacturing machinery and tools under supervision.
- Follow strict safety protocols and adhere to company SOPs to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to comply with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting materials within the production facility.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing is a plus.
- Previous experience in production, warehousing, or general labor (preferred but not required).
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move heavy objects (up to 20-25 kg) for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and willingness to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed.
