Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with corporate goals, ensuring scalability and resilience in a competitive market.
- End-to-End Operations: Oversee procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
- SAP & Digital Transformation: Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP systems to automate processes, improve data accuracy, and enable real-time decision-making.
- Supplier & Vendor Management: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers, negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks.
- Performance Metrics: Define and monitor KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory turnover, cost-to-serve) to drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to local and international regulations, while identifying and mitigating operational risks.
- Team Development: Mentor and lead a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, sales, and production teams to align supply chain strategies with business demands and market trends.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering. MBA or relevant master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 12+ years in supply chain/operations, with 5+ years in a directorial role for a multinational manufacturer or similar industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep expertise in manufacturing supply chains, with experience in SAP MM/WM, ERP systems, and lean methodologies.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams and drive organizational change in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities, with proficiency in supply chain analytics, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage with C-level executives, suppliers, and global teams.
- Certifications: Preferred certifications include CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma Black Belt.
- Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
