Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure food safety and compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct chemical and microbiological testing on raw materials and finished products to verify quality and safety.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to improve existing products and develop new formulations.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of test results, inspections, and corrective actions taken.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in food science.
- Train and mentor junior staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure the consistency and quality of incoming ingredients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO, GMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with laboratory equipment and analytical techniques for food testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
