Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.
- Supervise and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines and optimize resource allocation.
- Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet company and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, and R&D, to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all production activities.
- Prepare and present production reports, including performance metrics, challenges, and recommendations for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proven track record of improving production efficiency and implementing process improvements.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and compliance regulations in manufacturing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities.
- Willingness to work in multiple locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
