Responsibility
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks for shipping operations in the SEA region.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with regional teams to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead performance review meetings and present findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of accountability and high performance across teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in shipping performance management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance management, preferably in shipping or logistics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with shipping industry regulations and performance metrics.
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the SEA region.
