Responsibility
- Assist the Production Manager in overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
- Monitor production schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and resolve bottlenecks to maximize output.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and compliance with industry regulations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, quality control, procurement) to streamline workflows and reduce downtime.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, waste reduction, and labor efficiency, and propose improvements.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, and workstations to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Prepare detailed reports on production metrics, challenges, and solutions for management review.
- Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production management, manufacturing operations, or a similar role (Senior Executive level may require 5+ years).
- Proven track record in process optimization, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in production planning tools (e.g., ERP, MES).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of quality control standards (ISO, GMP) and workplace safety regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
