Responsibility
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Monitor and optimize production workflows to maximize efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to streamline processes and meet delivery deadlines.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices to maintain consistency and compliance.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Lead, mentor, and train production staff to foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, including health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives for process optimization and cost reduction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production management, manufacturing operations, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing product quality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Proficiency in production planning tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
