Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.
- Monitor and optimize production workflows to maximize output while minimizing waste and costs.
- Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure products meet company and industry specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and supply chain teams to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including the adoption of lean manufacturing principles and innovative technologies.
- Manage and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
- Prepare and present production reports, including KPIs, performance metrics, and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all production activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production management, manufacturing, or logistics, preferably in a supervisory or executive role.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Proven ability to analyze production data, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Proficiency in production planning software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
