Responsibility
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate and optimize production lines to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Lead and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics, implementing corrective actions to meet KPIs and targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in all manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, logistics, and quality assurance, to streamline workflows.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions while maintaining product quality.
- Prepare and present production reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a high-pressure production environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and efficiency.
- Proficiency in production management software and tools (e.g., ERP, MES).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
