Responsibility
- Oversee daily production and assembly operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor and maintain production schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, quality control, and maintenance, to optimize production efficiency.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
- Identify bottlenecks in the production process and propose solutions to enhance productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and minimize downtime.
- Prepare and submit production reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.
- Proficient in using production management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems).
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
