Responsibility
- Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet volume and delivery targets.
- Supervise, mentor, and manage production floor workers to ensure maximum productivity and safety compliance.
- Monitor production output to identify and minimize wastage or downtime.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all machinery is operating at peak performance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage raw material flow on the production floor.
- Enforce strict quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Prepare periodic performance reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to manage teams and resolve interpersonal conflicts on the factory floor.
- Strong understanding of production planning and scheduling methodologies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of safety regulations (DOSH/NIOSH standards) is highly preferred.
